My Journey: From Burnout to Breakthrough
I’m Vish, a serial entrepreneur with a passion for launching successful ventures. Over the years, I’ve founded and grown more than 10 companies, each one contributing to a combined revenue of close to $10M. My journey has spanned diverse fields—real estate, hospitality, mortgage broking, and outsourcing—earning me multiple awards and recognition along the way.
But my road hasn’t always been easy.
I was a good technician, but learning to be a manager and then a leader was a longand difficult journey. I made countless mistakes, lost a lot of money, and even cameclose to bankruptcy. Along the way, I lost some key people who were integral to mybusinesses. My physical and mental health took a hit—I went through burnout and,eventually, a divorce.
Despite the external success—media features, awards for performance, sales, innovation, and company culture—I knew something was missing. My personal life was suffering, and I wasn’t truly fulfilled.
It wasn’t until I went on a deep, personal journey that I found what really matters: fulfillment, balance, and purpose. This led me to coaching—so I can help others avoid the pitfalls I faced and share the wealth of knowledge I’ve built over the years.
